The Switch Lite is a handheld only. It has no dock output, no detachable Joy-Con and nothing to protect the screen when it's dropped or thrown in a bag. Because it can't be played on a TV, a damaged screen leaves you with no way to use it at all.
I open the Lite, remove the damaged screen, fit a quality replacement panel and test the display and touch before it goes back. The Lite is a compact, sealed design, so the job means working carefully around the battery and the built-in sticks. It's £75, and the console is tested with the new screen before it's posted back.
Nintendo treats a broken screen as accidental damage, so it's always out of warranty. Its capped out-of-warranty price for the Switch Lite is £108, and that applies when the console is swapped for a replacement or re-manufactured unit. Save data lives on the console, so a swapped Lite comes back without it unless your saves were backed up. I repair your own Lite and send that back. Back up what you can before posting all the same, and take out the game card and microSD card.
If the screen is lifting because the back is bulging, that's likely a swollen battery. Stop using it and get in touch before posting anything, as a swollen lithium battery can't go through Royal Mail.
If the Lite also has stick drift, it's worth doing both while it's open; see Switch Lite stick drift repair. This guide to Switch Lite screen replacement costs compares your options in more detail.
