PS5 Controller Stick Drift Repair
No fix, no fee · 12-month warranty · Insured, tracked returns
Signs you need this repair
- Character or camera moves on its own
- Stick registers movement when untouched
- Over-sensitive or erratic aim
- Menus drift
- Worsens over time
A drifting DualSense — where your aim wanders or your character moves on its own — is caused by wear inside the analogue stick module. A PS5 DualSense stick drift repair replaces the worn stick with a new one, properly soldered, fitted and calibrated, so control is precise again.
Priced per stick: book the single-stick repair if only one side is drifting, or the both-sticks repair if both are. If you'd rather not have drift come back, the Hall effect and TMR upgrades use contactless magnetic sticks that don't wear the same way — the comparison further down the page sets out the differences. Either way, the repair is done on the bench and tested before it's posted back.
With a no-fix-no-fee promise and a 12-month warranty, it's far cheaper than a new controller. DualSense pads are small and light to post, so send yours in and it'll come back fixed and tested.

Battery differences are small. The sticks use far less power than the controller's lights, vibration and wireless connection.
